Summary:
Seeking a Controls Engineer to execute full-phase electrical designs, PLC programming, and integration of automation systems.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Beckhoff, Siemens)Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical for scratch designExperience in robotics (Epson, KUKA preferred)Knowledge of motors, drives, actuators, robots, vision systems, sensors, servo controls
Preferred Skills:
Strong background in robotics and automation systemsFamiliarity with vision systems and proximity/photo sensors
Job Responsibilities:
Program PLCs, safety systems, and layout HMI displaysSource and program various automation componentsHandle full system programming including testing, debugging, commissioningExecute complete electrical designs and create professional schematics and panel layoutsCreate Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects
Pay Details:
