•We’re seeking a Electrical Engineer with strong experience commercial and a passion for ruggedized technology to join our tight-knit, innovative team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of Rugged Displays, Rugged Computers, and Panel PCs for mission-critical defense applications. You’ll evaluate electrical products and components, conduct hands-on research, and apply your deep knowledge of electricity and materials to create robust, high-performance systems. Must-Have Skills Electrical System Design & Development :

Proven experience designing and developing complex electrical systems, especially for rugged or mission-critical applications.

Circuit Design & PCB Layout :

Strong hands-on skills in circuit design and PCB layout, with at least 50% proficiency in PCB development and troubleshooting.

Analytical & Diagnostic Expertise:

Deep understanding of electronics with the ability to debug, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently across various stages of development. ????️ Key Responsibilities Design and develop ruggedized electronic systems for defense applications. Evaluate electrical components and applications through research and testing. Develop and implement electrical testing methods to ensure product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production. Troubleshoot and debug complex electronic systems. ???? Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Master’s a plus). 8+ years of experience in electrical development (commercial welcome). Proficient in circuit design and PCB layout (50%+ knowledge expected). Strong understanding of electronics, diagnostics, and debugging. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
