Rancocas, NJ Looking to take the next step in your engineering career? We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical engineering team in Rancocas, NJ!

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical engineering team. Assign projects and set priorities for control system and PLC software design. Oversee the production and use of electric power and related components for industrial melting furnaces. Ensure all designs meet OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and other regulatory standards. Support professional growth of engineering staff. Travel to customer sites as needed (domestic and international).

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) Minimum 10 years of industrial experience; at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong technical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
