Electrical Engineer Our client, a leading federal defense contractor has an immediate 3-6 contract-to-hire opportunity in Canonsburg, PA for a Jr-Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to analyze and design of AC-DC and DC-DC power systems and power control. The position is 100% Onsite in Canonsburg, PA. Day to
Day Responsibilities:
- Integrate, test, troubleshoot, and verify electrical hardware
- Verifying designs / redesigns
- HW debugging and verification
- Work with test equipment
- Schematic capture and updates
- Other EE tasks as needed.
- Drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design
- Research & Development experience including concept, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing
- Stay ahead of technology trends, with background in test, troubleshooting, and development of circuit card schematics Required Skills
- Must be US Citizen due to government requirement
- Must be able and willing to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
- Requires a Bachelor-s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master’s degree.
- Proficient using electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
- Experience in application of electrical engineering processes, concepts, principles, and theories
