Jun 16, 2025 Description This postdoctoral research position is available at the Intelligent Systems and Wireless Networking (IS-WiN) Lab in the Holcombe Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. The particular project focuses on various aspects of, cyber-physical, machine learning systems and AI-based decision making autonomous vehicle systems.

Examples of Duties:

• Developing AI-based navigation and coordination for autonomous vehicle systems
• 20%
• Edge processing and decision making at autonomous vehicles
• 20%
• Developing a hardware-in-the-loop robotic-UAV simulator
• 20%
• Dissemination of research progress through conference papers, journal articles, and software package.
• 20%
• Collaboration with other groups within and beyond the institution, including interfacing with both academic partners and industry collaborators
• 10%
• Mentoring graduate and undergraduate student researchers.
• 10% Qualifications PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
