Industrial Process Engineer Job Description We are seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and have a minimum of three years of experience in the electronics industry. This role offers a long-term opportunity with significant growth potential and a high level of autonomy, working under the guidance of experienced managers. Responsibilities Support or individually resolve issues related to electronic product safety and manufacturing production processes. Take complete ownership of 8 out of 16 special processes within the plant. Actively participate in product development projects in the NPI lab. Research, plan, and implement manufacturing process improvements or new processes. Refine and cost-reduce manufacturing processes and products. Participate in and lead trainings on IPC standards. Support and lead projects with the aim of digitizing work instructions plant-wide. Essential Skills Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Three years of engineering experience in the electronics industry. Proficiency in LEAN/Sigma continuous improvement methodology. Experience implementing process improvements or new processes in electronics manufacturing. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with various manufacturing software packages such as CAD, PLM, and ERP systems. Three or more years of experience with manufacturing processes such as printed circuit board manufacturing and assembly, electromechanical assembly, casting, forging, machining, tooling, and fixture design. Experience with Special Process control, management, and training. Ability to recommend and communicate DFM improvements to offsite design engineering team members. Work Environment The work environment is structured with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role may require some travel to other manufacturing sites or supplier sites. The company supports further education once you become a permanent employee.
