Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Eletrical Project Engineer to join our New Product Development team within the Electronic Systems Engineering department. The Electrical Project Engineer will be responsible for requirement management, architecture and design specification creation, and V-model-based verification planning. This position requires deep collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure safety, quality, reliability, and performance of control systems. Responsibilities Apply Systems Engineering principles, ensuring alignment with the V-model development process. Develop and manage system-level requirements and decompose them into hardware, software, and firmware specifications. Drive architecture and design specification creation, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Develop functional block diagrams and visual specifications to align teams on project objectives. Define bench-level and system-level test plans to verify compliance with defined requirements. Essential Skills Proficiency in C programming. Experience with embedded systems. Proficiency in PCB layout and design. Experience writing test plans. Supporting hardware design. Client-facing project delivery experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Master’s Degree (M.S.) in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid Development processes for hardware, software, and firmware. Prior experience in water heater, boiler, or HVAC control systems. Hands-on experience with automated testing and validation environments.
