- : • Experience with component level repair with working knowledge of various types of test equipment (i.
e. oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, multi-function test sets, etc.),
- Skilled in the use of above listed test equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, electro-magnetic and mechanical theories.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies to repair electronic test equipment.
- Soldering experience of both surface mount and through hole.
- Computer skills in MS Suite with networking knowledge of GPIB, serial, and RS232 interfacing of automate test equipment.
- Ability to perform assignments that are not completely standardized or prescribed.
- Select or adapt standard procedures or equipment, using fully applicable precedents. Follow initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advise from supervisor or engineer as needed.
- Construct components, subunits, or simple models or adapts standard equipment; may troubleshoot and correct malfunctions.
- Use Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE).
- May manage the Test, Measure, Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) system with the local TMDE facility to meet or exceed all regulatory requirements, to include availability and delinquency rates of TMDE for the work.
- Conduct various tests or experiments which may require minor modifications in test setups or procedures as well as subjective judgments in measurement, selecting, preparing, and operating standard test equipment and records test data.
- Adhere to the company’s AS9100 and quality policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education:
- Related Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or technical trade course and study.
- Degree in Engineering Technology.

Experience:
- 7 years in related MOS or 5 years in technical trade.
- Supervisory experience is preferred. Secret security clearance is required.
