Job Description

Responsibilities:

+ Support management and verification of Digital Enterprise product data and Digital Thread frameworks. + Analyze Logistics Product Data and Digital System Models for completeness and lifecycle impact. + Assess Engineering Change Proposals, Work Orders, and waiver requests for logistics and maintenance implications. + Plan and manage the budgeting and acquisition of Integrated Product Support (IPS) technical data. + Develop and maintain technical publications, including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements. + Convert documentation into XML format using tools such as Arbortext; ensure consistency in formatting and graphics. + Evaluate logistics and maintenance source data for inclusion in equipment publications and validate technical accuracy. + Participate in technical publication reviews, logistics demonstrations, and validation/verification efforts. + Support development and sustainment of Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS). + Design and deliver operator and maintainer training, including Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and virtual environments. + Assess Warfighter training needs and recommend improvements to courseware, presentations, and delivery platforms. + Analyze and provide recommendations for training equipment, fielding strategies, and New Equipment Training (NET). + Participate in training-related design reviews, audits, and Government acceptance testing. + Provide engineering support across design, development, testing, production, sustainment, and modernization of UAS systems. + Apply expertise in cybersecurity, mission systems architecture, and aircraft survivability. + Analyze technical baselines, supportability data, and system configurations to improve UAS performance and readiness. + Assist with documentation including LCSP, CARD, and technical manuals, as well as risk assessments and disaster recovery planning.

Education:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience:

+ Minimum of 10 years of related job experience gained after obtaining the relevant degree. + Must be capable of working independently with guidance from senior-level professionals. + An Engineer must hold a degree from an accredited engineering program; a Scientist must hold a science degree from an accredited college or university. + Familiarity with UAS lifecycle management, training systems, digital frameworks, and DoD standards is highly desirable.
