Responsibilities:

+ Manage and validate Digital Thread and product data frameworks, ensuring receipt and accuracy of Logistics Product Data and Digital System Models. + Analyze Engineering Change Proposals, Waivers, and Work Orders to identify and mitigate logistics and lifecycle support impacts. + Plan, acquire, and manage Integrated Product Support (IPS) technical data to support sustainment strategies. + Develop and maintain technical publications, including Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements. + Convert legacy documents to XML format using tools such as Arbortext for consistent formatting and graphic standards. + Evaluate maintenance and repair procedures, operator tasks, and calibration/test requirements to ensure completeness of equipment publications. + Provide support for initial and follow-on provisioning activities, including National Stock Number (NSN) assignment and SMR coding. + Support the lifecycle sustainment of training devices and systems, including the planning, acquisition, modification, and testing of TADSS (Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations). + Develop and implement training courseware for UAS operators and maintainers, including Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and virtual environments. + Evaluate Warfighter training data and recommend improvements to courseware and delivery methods. + Provide senior engineering support in UAS system design, development, and sustainment, with a focus on implementing Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA). + Deliver expertise in cybersecurity, survivability, mission systems architecture, and IT/OT infrastructure. + Analyze hardware/software baselines, configuration data, and develop lifecycle documentation such as the LCSP and CARD. + Support IT systems planning, testing, disaster recovery, and sustainment planning across the UAS platform lifecycle.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience:

+ Minimum of 10 years of relevant job experience, earned after receiving the qualifying degree. + Demonstrated ability to work independently while receiving guidance from senior-level personnel. + Engineers must hold a degree from an accredited engineering program; Scientists must hold a science degree from an accredited college or university. + Experience with UAS platforms, technical publications, lifecycle logistics, or DoD engineering support preferred.
