High SchoolResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities•Level 3 Crane Technician Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on overhead, mobile, and tower cranes, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Conduct thorough inspections in accordance with OSHA, ANSI, and manufacturer standards.

Execute preventive maintenance and scheduled service work to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and hydraulic diagrams for accurate repairs and modifications. Lead on-site service jobs, manage workflow, and support junior technicians in technical and safety procedures. Communicate with customers and internal teams to explain issues, recommend solutions, and document all work performed. Install and commission new crane systems and components, ensuring full compliance with safety and technical standards. Operate diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and verify repairs. Maintain detailed service records, reports, and documentation for compliance and customer reference. Adhere strictly to company safety policies, job site protocols, and industry regulations. Participate in on-call rotation and emergency service as needed. Travel up to 60% to support customer needs and field service work.
