Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has an opportunity in Orlando, Florida for an Engineering Aide supporting the Strategic Product Initiatives group, specifically in a Software, hardware. A/V, and Network application role within the Innovation Demonstration Center (IDC). As part of the Innovation Demonstration Center (IDC) team you will work with a multidisciplined team to demonstrate, operate, and maintain flight, land, and sustainment training technology demonstration systems. The IDC conducts demonstrations, hosts meetings, and prepares demonstrations for a variety of customers

  • including internal stakeholders, external military customers, and peers in the industry.

This role will help ensure the Software, hardware, A/V, and Network systems within the IDC stay online, ready to support the mission.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Possess a High School Diploma
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn a variety of new skills, tools & databases.
  • Ability to work cooperatively on a team
  • Ability to speak comfortably in public, lead technology focused demonstrations.
  • A willingness to learn best engineering practices and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that can required after hours, off Friday, and weekends
  • Experience with networking and PCs, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Good working knowledge of Windows based systems and Microsoft products.
