Role:

My client is seeking a Power Electronics Engineer to lead the development of next-generation hardware solutions that support distributed solar, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure. In this role, you’ll drive the full lifecycle of power electronics hardware, from concept and analysis to prototyping, validation, and release to production. You’ll design new power converters and electronic modules, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, and lead hardware debugging during fast-paced NPI cycles. This is a hands-on role for an engineer eager to shape the future of clean energy through innovative, high-impact product development.

Your background:

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience and hold at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Electronics Engineering. They should have a proven background in high-power inverter and converter systems, ideally within the renewable energy or EV charging sectors. The successful candidate will contribute throughout the full product development lifecycle, from simulation and PCB design to prototyping, testing, and production. Hands-on experience with tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for debugging and validation is essential. We’re looking for someone with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset who thrives in both independent and cross-functional team environments.
