Job Description:

Robotics Controls Engineer The responsibilities: Be proficientin general mathematical modeling and analysis. You will be applyingsystem dynamics and control systems theory effectively. Conductingthermal modeling and analysis. Hands-on experience with controlsystems and tuning. Utilizing MATLAB for data analysis and controlsimulation. Programming in C and C++ for Linux and embeddedsystems. Engaging in electronic circuit design, prototyping, andtroubleshooting. M.S. in Computer Science, Mechanical, Aerospace,or Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in MATLAB/Python or otherprogramming languages for data analysis. Comprehensiveunderstanding of Classical Control Theory, including PIDcontrollers, tuning, stability, and filters. Experience withmulti-degree-of-freedom robotic systems beyond standard coursework.

Basic familiarity with C or C++. Strong mathematical background inCalculus and Linear Algebra.

Desired Skills:

Hands-on experiencewith Lab Equipment, such as Oscilloscopes, DAQ systems, and otherelectrical test systems. Extensive experience in dynamic modelingof multi-link systems. Familiarity with control methodologies ofBrushless DC motors, such as Field Oriented Control. Ability tointerpret and analyze electrical schematics, CAD models, andmechanical drawings. Coursework or Job Experience in Modern ControlTheory. Proficiency in rapid prototyping via 3D printers. Advancedknowledge in Modern Control Theory, Compliance Control, and SignalProcessing.

Also desirable:

: Theoretical background and experiencein electrical and electronic system design. Experience in digitaland analog circuit design, embedded systems, microcontrollerinterfacing, power electronics design, and motion control.

Familiarity with optical design and opto-electronic components likelaser diodes and photodiodes. Proficiency in design tools likeOrCAD, PADS, or similar. Lab skills, including soldering and PCBrework.

Education Requirement:

M.S./Ph.D. degree in Computer,Mechanical, Electrical, Aeronautic, or similar engineering field.
