Team members will develop, analyze, and allocaterequirements; assist in system design using model-based systemsengineering tools like Cameo/SysML; plan and execute integrationand test activities; and collaborate with engineers acrossdisciplines to achieve project goals.
While this role is not titledmanagement, candidates with relevant experience may be asked tolead small teams or represent the team in discussions withcustomers and stakeholders.
We focus on delivering innovativeElectronic Warfare solutions throughout the system developmentlifecycle, on schedule and within budget. Due to the need forin-person collaboration and the nature of this role, work will beperformed full-time on site at a BAE Systems facility. We mayconsider different seniority levels based on skills andexperience.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathwith 10+ years of experience; or master’s degree with 8+ years; orPhD with 6+ years Secret ClearancePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies,and tools Proficiency with MagicDraw (Cameo) Experience with Electronic Warfare Systems Strong communication skills Technical leadership experience (with or without formaltitle)
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range:
$146,670 -$249,330Please note: Salaries are based on market pay structuresand various factors including skills, education, experience, andinternal considerations.
