Description:
As a Sr. AV Engineer, you will :- Deploy and configure AV systems for conference rooms, executive boardrooms, and collaboration spacesIntegrate Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and PexIP gateways for cross-platform video interoperabilitySupport and optimize existing HP/Poly and Barco ClickShare installationsUse Vyopta to monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvementsProvide Tier 3 escalation support for AV issues in high-stakes, regulated environmentsCollaborate with IT, Facilities, and AV vendors to deliver upgrades and system rollouts on timeCreate and update technical documentation and system diagramsEnsure all work aligns with security, compliance, and data retention standards Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in AV engineering, with a focus on enterprises or financial environmentsHands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PexIP, and hybrid meeting platformsStrong working knowledge of HP/Poly video conferencing systems and Barco ClickShareExperience with Vyopta or similar AV monitoring/analytics toolsFamiliarity with AV-over-IP, Dante, or NDI systemsExcellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across AV and networking layersAbility to work independently and deliver results within tight project timelinesStrong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates Preferred QualificationsCertifications in AV or VC platforms (Poly, Barco, CTS, etc.)Experience with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron or Extron)Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Basic scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell).
The ideal candidate:
They will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise audio/visual and collaboration technologies with a focus on PexIP, MS Teams, Zoom, HP/Poly systems, Barco ClickShare, and Vyopta.
The ideal candidate should be a self-directed AV expert with proven experience of deploying and troubleshooting systems in a large-scale, hybrid corporate environments. They will also be playing a key role in executing AV integration projects, stabilizing existing deployments, and supporting executive-level events. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in AV engineering, with a focus on enterprise or financial environments; Hands-on experience working with MS Teams/Zoom/PexIP, along with hybrid meeting platforms; Strong experience working with HP/Poly video conferencing systems, along with Barco ClickShare; Will also need to have experience working with Vyopta or similar AV monitoring/analytics tools Qualified candidates should

Pay Range•: OR 73 per hour>•Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
