Field Service Manager Supervisor Director Manufacturing ProductionLine Machinery Automation Automated Assembly Processing Packaging_. Seeking customer facing engineer and service team leader who canmanage activities of service technicians, provide hands-onexpertise with equipment, and liaise with customers to train,resolve issues, and answer questions. Supervise a local and remote team of 15+ technicians. Requires knowledge of the following or similar:

• Processing Machinery:

  Injection Molding, Blow molding, ChemicalBatch, Extruding, Drawing, etc.

• Robots:

  pick and place, welding, post molding, palletizing,de-palletizing, wrapping, packaging, etc.

• Peripheral equipment, controls (PLCs, PACs, PC, HMIs), SCADA(Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), etc.

• Components:

  Machine vision, sensors, actuators, pneumatic andhydraulic systems, gears, bearings, servos, motors and motordrives, power supplies, etc.

• Conveyors:

  power roller, belt, gravity, flexible or portable,pallet handling, etc.

•

Sorters:

cross belt, slide, e-sorters, singulators, merges,etc. Must be able to read, interpret, and use electrical, mechanical,and hydraulic drawings and schematics. Requires understanding ofelectrical power distribution, machine control, andelectro-mechanical components of conveyors and sorters. Shall act as primary point of contact for customer representativesduring service calls, maintenance, repair, upgrade, and overhaulprojects for conveying and sorting material handling systems.

Provide hands-on assistance with controls programming, equipmentinspection, and maintenance or repair projects. Company vehicle and expense account. Equity possible. Commissionbonus plan.
