ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING OPPORTUNITY SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEXT-GEN ENGINE SYSTEMS FOR A TOP AEROSPACE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!

!!•Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Power Electronics Engineer to lead the design and development of input power stages for Motor Control Units (MCUs). This role involves working with advanced rectifier systems and requires a deep understanding of high-power 3-phase AC systems. Job Duties Lead the design and development of the input power stage for MCUs. Develop a 12-pulse rectifier built upon a 3-phase to 6-phase autotransformer. Create a 6-pulse rectifier directly from a 3-phase AC supply. Ensure efficient and reliable AC to DC conversion for high-power applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power systems into actuator products. Conduct performance analysis and optimization of power conversion systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience working with at least 5kVA 3-phase AC systems. At least 5 years of experience with Altium for PCB design. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Extensive experience in designing and implementing high-power rectifier systems. Proficiency in using Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience with

DO-178C / ED-12C

certification. Experience with DO-254 / ED-80 and/or ARP4754 is a plus. Actuator, Airborne Mechanics or Motion Mechanics experience is a plus. SOLE US citizenship required. Security clearance is a plus.
