Responsibilities:

Testing of Capital Equipment:

Conduct rigorous testing ofelectrical capital equipment, ensuring that all results adhere tospecified standards and meet customer requirements.

Service and Maintenance:

Address and resolve any technical issuesthat may arise during equipment testing or usage. Perform servicingand maintenance on key parts to ensure optimum performance andlongevity.

Panel Inspection and Testing:

Proficiently inspect and testelectrical panels to guarantee their quality, safety, andfunctionality.

Commissioning:

Participate in the commissioning process of capitalequipment at customer sites, ensuring a successful and efficientsetup.

Customer Support:

Provide excellent customer support by promptlyaddressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related toelectrical equipment.

Travel:

Be willing to travel to customer sites for equipmentinstallation, commissioning, and troubleshooting, as required.

SAP and CRM Knowledge:

Utilize SAP and CRM systems efficiently tomanage customer interactions, track service requests, and maintaincomprehensive records. Expertise in

PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive & Control Devices, Motor,Panel, and Hydraulics:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-onexperience in the operation, troubleshooting, and repair ofelectrical components and systems.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E.Electrical).

Experience:

2 to 7 years of relevant experience in testing,commissioning, and servicing electrical capital equipment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Drive & ControlDevices, Motor, Panel, and hydraulics systems.

Customer-Centric:

Strong customer service orientation withexcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectivelyinteract with clients.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

Ability to diagnose and troubleshootcomplex electrical issues, providing efficient and effectivesolutions.

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel extensively to customersites across India for on-site support and projectimplementation.

SAP and CRM Familiarity:

Knowledge and experience in utilizing SAPand CRM systems for managing customer interactions and servicerequests.
