Industrial Equipment Technician TBI Services Group Arlington, TN 38002 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various industrial equipment and vehicles in the field. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in diverse environments. Duties Install and configure industrial equipment according to specifications. Service oil and grease industrial equipment and trucks. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on high voltage systems. Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as ammeters and ohmmeters, to ensure equipment is functioning correctly. Weld and fabricate components as needed to meet repair requirements. Work with hydraulics systems to perform repairs and maintenance tasks. Document all service activities accurately and maintain records of equipment performance. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience as an Industrial Mechanic or similar role in field service. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including ammeters and ohmmeters. Strong knowledge of high voltage systems and hydraulics is essential. Ability to weld and fabricate components as necessary for repairs. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
