Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data in the field, and providing insights and recommendations to improve business operations.

Responsibilities:
Conduct field research and collect data using various methods, including surveys, interviews, and observations Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and insights Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve business operations Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data collection and analysis Work in conjunction with the Fleet and Operations Department to problem solve inconsistencies in the data. Point out areas for improvement with managers and work on implementing solutions to be more efficient and profitable
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, engineering, or statistics (Stem) Proven experience as a Field Analyst or similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel and work in the field Proficient in and
Excel Preferred Qualification:
Proficient in coding such as Python or Java Proficient in SQL and Data visualization
