RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel clients on various renewable energy projects, with a focus on facilities operations and power purchase agreements (PPAs). Advise on legal and regulatory matters related to wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities. Draft, negotiate, and review energy transaction and project development agreements.
QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of renewables experience JD degree from an accredited law school. An active member in good standing of the Bar.
