This position provides implementation support for utility energy efficiency programs with residential and commercial customers, contractors, and related groups by performing the following duties. Successful candidates must live in or around Fayetteville, AR – for frequent local travel. •Company Vehicle provided• You’re a great fit if you can… Assist in the recruitment and training of residential and commercial contractors to participate in utility energy efficiency programs. Coordinate energy efficiency projects with a network of residential and commercial contractors as they participate in utility energy efficiency programs that will allow our client to meet their program goals. Assist in the development, organization, and presentation of contractor materials, meetings and trainings on energy efficiency program participation guidelines. Serve as an energy efficiency project resource for contractors, staff, and clients. Enter and track project details into data tracking software systems. Prepare reports to accurately document contractor participation, project pipeline, and project completion data. Utilize project management skills to complete work on time and cost-effectively deliver high-quality service to contractors, staff, and clients. Assist in the coordination, completion, and ongoing improvement of a Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) process for residential and commercial energy efficiency programs. Assist in the preparation of timely reports to accurately document project inspections and monitor potential quality issues, corrective actions and continuous improvement process. Identify and escalate contractor project issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management. Exciting candidates have… Previous experience in a professional position such as sales, consulting or similar field preferred. Knowledge or experience in building science, lighting, and/or HVAC preferred. Analytical skills, specifically in energy efficiency preferred. Ability to make presentations, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with contractors and customers about energy efficiency programs, build trust, and work with both internal and external stakeholders. Driving Are at least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver’s license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment. Compensation Range $50,755.00 – $74,400.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
