Duration:

6 months with possible extension

Pay:

$40.00 to $48.00 hourlyHybrid- 3 days in office – Monday through Wednesday, Thursday and Friday work from home

Location:

Berlin, CT 

Summary:

This position is responsible for providing project/program management services to customers for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects. This position supports the development, promotion, and implementation of energy efficiency programs to meet established goal.

Education/Experience:

3 years related experience required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Education & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, Financial, related disciplines, or equivalent experienceMaster’s Degree strongly preferredThree (3) plus years managing complex, high-volume customer-facing programs Technical Skills(Required)Requires working knowledge of clean energy policy and program management.knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting best practiceAbility to use PC desktop applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of electric vehicle charging and utility DR and peak demand reduction programs and load profiling.

Experience presenting findings to regulators. (Desired)Experience with EV charging technology

$46.00
