Energy Efficiency For All Consultant (1099) Partnership for Southern Equity – 5.0 Atlanta, GA Job Details Contract 11 hours ago Qualifications Research Mid-level Contracts Full Job Description PSE and Energy Efficiency for All (EEFA) are seeking a dynamic and organized Consultant to lead the planning and coordination of the 2025 Energy Efficiency Expo , taking place in August 2025. This six-month contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in event planning and research, who thrives in independent, fast-paced environments, and who is passionate about advancing energy efficiency. The Energy Efficiency Expo will bring together a wide range of stakeholders and organizations—from electric vehicle advocates and technology providers to housing repair professionals and policy organizations. The goal is to showcase innovative solutions, promote collaboration, and advocate for equitable access to energy-efficient resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead planning and logistics for the 2025 Energy Efficiency Expo, including venue coordination, vendor management, speaker outreach, and program development. Conduct stakeholder outreach to recruit a diverse range of participating organizations, sponsors, and exhibitors. Research and curate content for panels, workshops, and demonstrations that reflect current trends, technologies, and challenges in energy efficiency. Coordinate event marketing efforts , including collaboration with communications teams for outreach materials, social media, and press. Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure the Expo is executed on time and within scope. Liaise with internal EEFA teams and external partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values. Support on-site execution during the event in August 2025, with a strong presence throughout the Expo to ensure smooth operations.
