Requirements:

Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities in commercial, industrial, and high-end residential markets. Build strong relationships with general contractors, engineers, facility managers, and building owners. Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations for BAS solutions (HVAC, lighting, energy management, etc.) Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay informed regarding new technological developments/releases and apply to projects and processes when beneficial. Provide status and progress reports of active pursuits and historical performance for management. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of BAS systems, energy efficiency, and smart building technologies. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong customer focus. Organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple. demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently. Good knowledge in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Required Education & Experience 3+ years’ of proven sales experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or related technical industries. Four (4) year college engineering or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
