ASRC Federal System Solutions is seeking a TPS Spacecraft MLISoftgoods Technician in Kennedy Space Center, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- + Works from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components.
+ Able to set up run industrial sewing machines. + On/Off-Vehicle includes: Aeroshells, Hatches, and Heatshield. + On/Off – MLI installation. Thermal Barrier bonding. + Duties will also include Instrumentation, surface preparation for bonding operations. + Review and validate MLI and Thermal Barrier processes for accuracy. + Aid in establishing on floor thermal barrier and MLI flow plan. + Uses standard electronic assembly tools and materials. + May perform modifications, rework, and quality testing. + Aerospace TPS (Thermal Protection System) experience, pastpresent with thermal barriers, MLI or equivalent.

Requirements:
- + High school diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks and 0-2 years or more of experience.
