Review CAD drawings for accuracy and alignment with project requirements, ensuring technical precision. Evaluate PV wire and cable quotes to confirm feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Deliver engaging technical presentations to clients and internal teams, incorporating visuals such as 3D models, VR simulations, and installation diagrams. Lead discussions to clarify design intent, pre-construction methodologies, and system specifications. Act as a liaison between the design team and sales team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project goals. Work with quality field teams to evaluate and address design-related challenges, providing insights and recommendations. Foster collaborative relationships across internal departments and with external stakeholders. Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines. Maintain structured processes for sharing and presenting technical information, ensuring consistency and clarity. Prepare concise presentation materials to support client engagements and team discussions. Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years in engineering design, project management, or PV systems. Certifications in PV systems or design tools (e.g., PVsyst) are a plus. Strong knowledge of PV wire, cable systems, NEC standards, and VD calculations. Ability to review and interpret CAD drawings with precision (drafting not required). Experience with advanced tools such as VR and 3D modeling for technical visualization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for client-facing engagements. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams. An analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Proven experience delivering technical presentations and facilitating team collaboration.
