Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Development Engineer position include: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical or Electrical ideal) 5-10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, HVAC, or energy services for commercial projects Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with utility incentive programs and energy systems like HVAC, chillers, boilers, solar, and controls Develop and present custom energy efficiency and sustainability solutions to clients Conduct energy audits, feasibility studies, and retro-commissioning projects Collaborate with internal teams and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients Engage in consultative sales and project development to drive performance targets Travel up to 10% domestically (mileage reimbursed); standard hours

Salary:

$80,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
