Seeking extensive experience inunderwriting Contract Surety risks such as: Construction, Bid,Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bonds to lead teams of staffand production underwriters in development of new and renewalbusiness, adherence to established industry and company standards,and activities in expanding a profitable book of business.

Shall:

Oversee renewal cycle for existing accounts, target new businessand lead interactions for new business capture. Manage staff andsenior underwriters, ensure work is accurate, appropriate, andconsistent. Lead interactions with key clients in the existing bookof business and join and support meetings with targeted potentialclients. Act as the regional lead for the company, report directlyto executive management.

Requirements:

15 years underwritingContract Surety risk and track record successfully leading anddeveloping a team of underwriters.

Knowledge of Contract Suretycoverage for:

Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds,Maintenance Bonds, etc. Excellent compensation package withgenerous compensation and bonus opportunities to $250,000.
