Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a PAC-3 Quality Manager to join the Missile and Weapons Systems team located in Huntsville, AL ! The Quality Manager will support 2nd shift operations for Patriot Advanced Capability
- 3 (PAC-3) Program.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage employees performing quality tasks and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle Develop quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans Provides education and coaching on the Quality System Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility Manages, develops and motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s Degree or higher 3+ years of experience analyzing nonconformance data and/or Nonconformance Management (NCM) Experience leading teams Experience developing and delivering presentations to leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience performing quality tasks and technical activities Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) Experience with
