This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and operations to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment. Coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and setting deadlines. Monitor and report on project progress to both engineering team and client, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact between engineering teams and other departments or client. Develop and deliver proposals

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of engineering principles, processes, and terminology. Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft software (e.g., MS Project, Word, Excel, Microsoft 365) Familiarity with design and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, PLM systems) Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management Knowledge of quality assurance, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the industry

Experience:

10+ years of professional experience in engineering roles 5+ years of experience in project management or leading cross-functional teams Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time and within budget

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred)
