Responsibleto coordinate and establish formal interface with EngineeringPartners, Engineering by Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.

Engineering Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead theengineering function across all project phases – from FEED todetailed design and construction support. Manage and coordinatemulti-disciplinary engineering teams including civil, structural,mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines. Developand manage project-specific engineering execution plans, schedules,and budgets. Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety,and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary technicalinterface between engineering, procurement, construction, andclient teams. Review and approve technical documents, drawings,specifications, and calculations. Participate in design reviews,risk assessments, and constructability reviews. Support procurementwith technical bid evaluations and vendor document reviews. Managetechnical exchanges in a professional and timely manner to supportConstruction; RFI & Submittal Process, etc. Foster collaborationbetween internal teams and external consultants or subcontractors.

Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and adherence to bestpractices and lessons learned. Other miscellaneous duties as thebusiness requires to support EPC and self-perform constructionprojects. The ability to work overtime and regular, punctualattendance is required. Engineering Manager Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civilpreferred. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in EngineeringManagement of EPC Projects in Steel Mills is preferred. Must beproficient in Microsoft Office.
