Mechanical Project Manager Diversified Construction & Design El Dorado, AR 71730 • Hybrid work
Education & Experience:

Preferably a bachelors degree in construction management or a related field, may be substituted by experience; at minimum, high school diploma. 5+ years experience with construction projects in industries such as oil refining, petrochemical, natural gas, chemical, and wood, with exposure to various construction disciplines and safety regulations. Previous experience in a supervisor / manager role. An established track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient technology skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Promote our company to actively seek and secure new customers Actively help develop capitol/discretionary budgets, short term as well as long term. Display multi-craft supervision/management skills within operating facilities. Coordinate with project stakeholders to quickly resolve issues. Management of subcontractor solicitation, selection, coordination and evaluation. Development of bid proposals and project estimates. Research project specifications and make constructability evaluations. Perform material take offs and obtain procurement pricing. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Establish and execute a project communication plan. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Perform multiple field and office duties not described above, to best meet the needs of our clients and our business.
