We’re hiring a BIM Manager / Coordinator to lead the technical modeling that brings these systems to life. This is an opportunity to apply your skills to mission-critical , MEP-heavy design in a professional, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Lead detailed BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD Develop and manage custom Revit families and BIM content libraries Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure effective integration of information into the model. Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices Collaborate on electrical & mechanical design elements, ensuring accurate design and documentation. Create factory-floor work instruction drawings and documents What You Bring High Level of proficiency in BIM software including Revit, and AutoCAD Strong understanding of mechanical design principles Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously A degree in Engineering or related work experience. Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Architectural) A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills BIM/VDC project experience in mission-critical environments is a plus Why Join iM Data Centers?
