Practice Head Position Summary:

Looking for a strategic Practice Head with 15+ years of experience in the IT and business services industry, having worked closely with global organizations and advised executive teams. Has played a critical role in guiding growth-stage companies through practice strategy development, execution and operational scaling.

Practice Head Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive Business Growth in the

GCC and BOT Market:

o Own revenue, margin, and booking targets for the global GCC and BOT segment. o Develop and execute a growth roadmap aligned with the firm’s strategic priorities. o Identify and convert opportunities in existing accounts and pursue new client acquisition.

Build and Expand GCC and BOT Capabilities:

o Develop practice capabilities including setup advisory, market intelligence, transition management, and change leadership. o Collaborate with business units to build differentiated offerings for GCC and BOT clients, including co-innovation and maturity transformation.

Strengthen Ecosystem Engagement:

o Represent the firm at industry events and forums to enhance thought leadership and market presence. o Contribute to knowledge assets through whitepapers, panel discussions, and ecosystem collaborations.

Required Expertise:

GCC & BOT

Strategy & Transformation:

Proven experience leading the design and implementation of BOT services and GCCs across functional areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and Legal. Target Operating Model (TOM): Expertise in developing TOMs, including governance, delivery models (insourced/outsourced/hybrid), and cost structures.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Strong track record of managing executive stakeholders and client relationships across regions including the US, Europe, and India.

Location Strategy:

Skilled in conducting feasibility assessments, workforce planning, cost-benefit analyses, and investment modeling for global delivery locations.

Team Leadership:

Experience leading large, cross-functional teams including Ops, Sales, Marketing & Partnerships team, building consulting capabilities, and driving transformation agendas.

Business Development:

Proficiency in crafting winning solutions for RFPs/RFIs, negotiating deals, and developing go-to-market strategies for GCC and BOT offerings.
