What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage daily operations of engineers, designers, and technicians across multiple product lines. Oversee all phases of design, development, and sustaining engineering activities , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Serving as a mentor and facilitator fosters cross-training, knowledge-sharing, and a collaborative team environment. Drive process improvements across engineering, test, manufacturing, and quality functions Manage internal and external specifications, customer documentation, and engineering change processes. Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, operations, and customers Provide leadership in resource planning, budgeting, and workload prioritization.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) 5-7 years of experience in product design and development Proven project management and team leadership skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Due to export-controlled technology, this role is restricted to U.S. persons (citizens, permanent residents, or other protected individuals) Why Apply?
