We specialize in high-end, fully custom home remodels for some of the most affluent clients in the country. Based in booming Naples, FL , this is your chance to shape extraordinary spaces in a tropical, resort-style community. As our Director of Design, you’ll lead a talented team and collaborate with project managers to bring jaw-dropping kitchens, baths, and interiors to life. You’ll oversee design from concept to completion, work directly with VIP clients, and set the standard for luxury.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and grow a team of top-tier designers Own the design process for custom remodels-start to finish Collaborate closely with PMs to ensure flawless execution Meet with elite clients and bring their dream spaces to life Guide selections, budgets, and timelines with creativity and precision
What You Bring:
