PositionOverview:

We are seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead ahigh-performing team at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facilityin Brandon, SD. In this leadership role, you’ll drive manufacturingexcellence, implement Industry 4.0 technologies, and optimizeoperations to improve product quality, reduce costs, and enhanceefficiency. As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team ofengineers and technicians, spearhead lean manufacturinginitiatives, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality,and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team ofprocess engineers and manufacturing technicians Optimizemanufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement using leanprinciples Manage engineering projects, timelines, budgets, andresource allocation Implement new technologies and processimprovements Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsFoster cross-functional collaboration to align with company goals

Must-Have Qualifications:

B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, orElectrical Engineering 10 years of process engineering experienceExpertise in lean manufacturing, ISO9001, and

IATF16949
