Standby Generator Install Manager Suncoast Power Solutions Tampa, FL 33624 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Installation Manager to oversee the installation processes of our products and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, along with exceptional customer service skills. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- project planning and scheduling
- coordinate subcontractors when necessary
- assist in ordering and organizing equipment and materials
- ensure a safe work environment for field personnel
- attention to code compliance with emphasis on passing inspections
- develop installation procedures and standards
- manage project costs and budgets
- 100% customer satisfaction
- Successfully recruit, train, motivate, and manage installation teams
- oversee lifecycle of installations from planning to closing work orders
- optimize workflows
- build relationships with customers
- collaborating with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, to electrical code, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- 5 years in the generator installation industry
- 5 years in the electrical field, master or journeyman license preferable
- 3 years project management

- $75,000 annual base salary
- Bonus plan up to 25% of annual base salary
