? What You’ll Do
Manage transportation projects from planning to construction administration
Collaborate with clients, agencies, and internal teams
Develop and oversee construction documents, specs, and estimates
Lead meetings and mentor junior staff
✅ What You Bring
Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
8+ years’ experience in transportation engineering
Expertise in FDOT standards and procedures
Hands-on with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer (ORD)
Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and multi-project management
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Experience with traffic analysis, and drainage design is a plus
