We are in search of a dynamic andinnovative VP of Technology to play a pivotal role in our rapidlygrowing FinTech company. This is a permanent position in which thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for overseeing ourtechnological infrastructure, devising strategies to enhancesystems, and ensuring the efficiency of all technology operations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robustunderstanding of Salesforce, data architecture, Azure, and teambuilding, and will have a proven track record of leading technologyteams in the Fintech industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead thetechnology department, setting strategic direction and drivingtechnological innovation to support business objectives. 2. Overseethe development and implementation of new systems and processes,ensuring they align with business goals and industry trends. 3.Manage and optimize our use of Salesforce, ensuring it is leveragedto its full potential to drive business growth. 4. Develop andimplement robust data architecture strategies, ensuring data iseffectively managed, protected, and utilized. 5. Utilize Azure toenhance our cloud capabilities, ensuring we stay at the forefrontof technological advancements. 6. Foster a culture of innovationand continuous improvement within the technology team, implementingteam building activities to enhance collaboration and productivity.7. Collaborate with other department heads and senior management toalign technology strategy with overall business objectives. 8.Ensure all technology operations comply with industry regulationsand best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. AMaster’s degree will be a plus. 2. A minimum of 15 years’experience in a senior technology leadership role within theFinTech industry. 3. Proven enterprise level expertise withSalesforce, including customization, integration, andadministration. 4. Demonstrated experience in building, leading,and developing high performing technology teams. 5. Strongstrategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability todrive technological innovation and efficiency. 6. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tocollaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. 7.In-depth knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologicaladvancements. 8. Strong understanding of the regulatory environmentin the FinTech industry, with a proven track record of ensuringcompliance. 9. Exceptional project management skills, with theability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver ontime and within budget. 10. Demonstrated ability to drive changeand transformation in a complex business environment.
