This role will break down supplier capacities, match capacities with forecast requirements, analyze fits and gaps in the network and derive corrective actions. As a key expert for the S&OP Planning process, the position supports data automatization and visualization as well as the introduction of data-driven Sales and Operations Planning tools. Impact Balancing Supply and Demand:

By ensuring that demands are allocated effectively within the network.

Evaluate and elaborate network measures:

By identifying over- and under-capacities by supplier and frame for different demand scenarios.

Driving process harmonization:

Through the introduction of a global long-term capacity planning approach.

Driving Innovation:

By introducing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and solve complex network problems.

Identifying Trends and Opportunities:

By analyzing large datasets. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree highly preferred (in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field). 3+ years industry experience.

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge about Blades and Vanes, expertise in capacity planning methodologies and tools is a plus!

Analytical Skills:

Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights. Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with colleagues from different departments.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to learn new tools and techniques as the field of capacity planning evolves.
