We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare construction builds and project management, with the ability to lead teams and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple ground up healthcare construction projects $10M+.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with all safety and electrical codes and regulations.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of all project activities. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in hospital construction projects is a plus.
