Under new CIO leadership, the team has been reinvigorated and are primed for growth across their entire Global Technology organization including Engineering & Operations, Data Platforms & Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Security, Privacy, Infrastructure, Products & Platforms, Delivery Office, and the Office of the CIO. The business intends to double it’s spending on Technology across the organization for each of the next 3 years. Position Summary:

They are looking to bring on a VP of Artificial Intelligence to their Global Technology department, working directly with the CIO and other leaders across the C-Suite and Department heads. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging AI to create business value, focusing on automation and optimization within the hospitality sector. You will lead a team of developers, delegate tasks, and negotiate solutions while pushing business teams to prioritize use cases and demonstrate ROI. Additionally, they will work hands-on with large language models (LLMs) from development to production and achieve significant cost savings through technology implementations.

Required Experience:

Strong background in AI, particularly in algorithms and automation over the past 5-10 years. Significant technology experience in startups or large companies, with practical expertise in data structures and technology to achieve business outcomes. Proven track record of creating business value through AI components and achieving cost savings. Experience with large language models (LLMs) from development to production, and leadership skills to manage and influence a team of developers.
