The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial electrical projects, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement processes including submittals, fixture counts, vendor BOM verification, and commodity buy-outs Maintain project budgets, forecasts, WIP, and billing, coordinate collections Track field productivity and conduct regular meetings with supervisors Implement and enforce site-specific safety plans and manage safety meetings Review project schedules and assist with workforce projections Collaborate on quality control and assurance, including BIM coordination as needed Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation and submittals Lead project turnover meetings and delegate assignments effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors Provide coaching and support to foremen and field teams

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager in commercial electrical projects Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office 365 (Procore proficiency preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprint reading, and bid interpretation Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and leadership skills Valid Texas driver’s license

Current Journeyman or Master Electrical License Preferred Working Conditions:

Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift over 75 lbs Flexibility for extended hours and overtime as needed

Review Process:

Performance evaluation at 90 days and annually thereafter
