The solution is live with a Network of over 20 Liquidity providers and has processed more then 2M+ trades. The technology is licensed to the top Crypto trading desks with unique capabilities to provide them full self-service controls, multiple trading type workflows, address compliance desks regulatory needs and handle any requested customizations. Role Overview As Head of Engineering, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of our trading infrastructure — from low-latency matching to API integrations, reporting and analytics. You’ll lead a cross-functional team of engineers, bridging high-level business objectives with scalable technical execution. You will be responsible for supporting the existing cutting edge technology built on Java, React and hosted on AWS using Kubernetes technology, we are a highly scalable and low latency system. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for supporting the business and technology initiatives on existing cutting edge technology Lead end-to-end R D across execution, routing, and market connectivity layers Architect scalable, secure trading systems — including smart order routing, price aggregation, and post-trade workflows Hands on coding, code review and troubleshooting level 2/3 issues Collaborate with institutional clients to define system needs and address questions on the technology Own technical roadmap, balancing innovation with operational robustness Build and mentor a high-performance team of developers and systems engineers Ensure continuous upgrade of third party libraries , middleware and monitor security threats across the technology stack Ideal Candidate 10+ years of experience in building enterprise level solutions and working in JAVA. Strong background SAAS solutions, APIs, and distributed architecture Experience with crypto, FX, or equities market structure a plus Proven leadership in scaling engineering teams and R D functions Passion for building mission-critical systems with real-world financial impact Thrives in a startup environment and can work with a remote based team Strong communication skills, client facing
