Project Executive – Commercial Construction Position Available In Palm Beach, Florida

Job Description:

We are seeking a Project Executive to oversee our Commercial andLuxury Residential projects in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in construction management, excellentleadership skills, and a proven track record of successfullydelivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Thisposition will report to the VP of Construction. Client Details Ourclient is a well known General Contractor that has done a varietyof work in high-end commercial and residential projects.

Description Lead and manage all aspects of Commercial and LuxuryResidential construction projects in West Palm Beach. Assistpreconstruction team Review monthly financials with ProjectManagers and leadership team Develop and implement project plans,schedules, and budgets. Oversee project teams, includingcontractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure compliance withbuilding codes, regulations, and safety standards. Monitor projectprogress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines aremet. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design andengineering teams. Manage client relationships and ensuresatisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regularupdates and reports to ownership Profile Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’sdegree preferred). Minimum of 12 years of experience inconstruction management, with a focus on Commercial and / or luxuryresidential projects Strong understanding of AIA documents and jobcosting Proven track record of successfully delivering complexprojects on time and within budget. Strong leadership andcommunication skills. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, andsafety standards. Experience working with design and engineeringteams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
