Vice President of Construction – West Palm Beach, FL ???? Nationally Recognized General Contractor We’re representing a nationally ranked general contractor seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead operations across South Florida from their West Palm Beach office. This is a pivotal leadership position with full oversight of project delivery, team development, and client satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead and mentor a team of project executives, project managers, and superintendents. Drive operational excellence and implement best practices across preconstruction, scheduling, and field operations. Partner with executive leadership to support business development and strategic planning. Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and design professionals.
Requirements:
10+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial projects (hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use, or institutional a plus).
