In this role, you will lead engineering projects that push the boundaries of innovation while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving our mission to transform the impossible into achievable solutions. Responsibilities Manage with the intent to motivate, train and develop. Manage administrative responsibilities(scheduling, timekeeping, budgeting). Provide timely, constructive feedback regarding work and performance. Manage non-performing employees in accordance with company policy. Manage high potential employees to career succession and growth opportunities. Oversee the end-to-end process of translating user requirements into detailed test plans; coordinate scheduling, staffing, and on-site execution of custom testing support offerings. Act as the primary liaison to capture evolving user objectives, secure specialized equipment or configurations and ensure seamless resource allocation. Architect and maintain secure on-premise networks, CCTV/streaming setups, and AV configurations to support live test monitoring, data transfer, and stakeholder briefings. Continuously evaluate new equipment, sensor platforms, and data-capture systems that enhance testing capabilities, and manage pilot implementations to expand service offerings. Preferred Education /
Experience:
Bachelors in Engineering or related discipline 7+ years in Engineering or related discipline or; A combination of education and experience equivalent to above Preferred Knowledge /
Ability:
Strong project-management skills, including requirement gathering, scheduling, and budget awareness Perform moderately complex design, layout, test and evaluation of mechanical and electromechanical systems and components Read and interpret engineering plans and specifications Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Proficiency in designing and troubleshooting private data networks, CCTV, and AV systems Excellent written and oral communication for interfacing with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams he salary range provided is a general guideline.
